Leeds United will be hoping it’s smooth sailing from here on out, but this is the Championship we’re talking about.
Although a resurgence has happened in the Leeds camp, Daniel Farke will be wary that the Whites’ form can drop at any moment.
This was proven just a week ago, as Leeds fans were questioning Farke’s position.
Luckily for Farke though, two wins on the bounce has put Leeds in a healthy position once more at Sheffield United’s expense.
They don’t want to follow the same path as the Blades of losing three in a row, but Manor Solomon’s words might have cursed Farke’s side.

Solomon was under fire as well after a few sloppy performances, but he certainly picked up his fortunes after a glittering display in Leeds’ 2-1 win vs Preston.
This has got fans leaning on the side of keeping the winger once more, as Solomon’s future at Elland Road is still up in the air.

He’s clearly focused on the task ahead, and has come out fighting with his latest admission.
Speaking to Leeds’ club media, Solomon spoke on the game but made a claim that was reminiscent of one Chris Wilder.
“It wasn’t an easy game. It was a really difficult game until the end. I think we let the fans be a bit panicked until the end, but we’re happy with the three points,” Solomon said.
“Overall we’re really happy, but we know that we need to stay humble.”
This might seem harmless, but after Wilder’s comments following Leeds’ 3-1 win vs Sheffield in February, the winger needs to tread very carefully.

Wilder’s claim after Leeds United defeat led to Sheffield United fate
It’s a phrase that has come with pressure in recent time.
We’ve seen Mikel Arteta and Erling Haaland go at it with the ‘stay humble’ line, and Solomon will be hoping he doesn’t eat his words.
Someone who certainly did was Wilder.
Speaking after the Blades lost to Leeds, Wilder’s admission hasn’t aged well, as he is an enemy of his own downfall.
Wilder said in a post-match interview: “Sometimes you have got to say they had a bit more in the locker than us. We have to stay humble and work our way back into a performance and result on Saturday.”
Not long after this, Wilder called Sheffield fans a ‘disgrace’, showing he hasn’t stuck by his words of being humble and has since been involved in unnecessary disagreements with Plymouth Argyle players.
Luckily for the Leeds camp, their mentality seems superior, and judging by recent form, this claim shouldn’t affect them, but there is always a risk.
