More than 2.9 million Fantasy Premier League managers have transferred in a Crystal Palace player for Gameweek 30, with three of their players among the top-five recruits.
The Eagles visit bottom-of-the-table Southampton on Wednesday and then play twice in Double Gameweek 32, meaning their players should prove a good investment over the medium term.
Who are the most-bought players?
Jean-Philippe Mateta (£7.6m) has been the most in demand member of Oliver Glasner‘s (£0.8m) side, snapped up by over 863,000 people.
The Frenchman has scored or assisted in seven of his last eight Premier League appearances, and recovered from injury to feature in the FA Cup last weekend.
Daniel Munoz (£5.1m) is the top defensive addition as his popularity continues to surge. More than 1.5m have added the Colombian to their squads over the last four Gameweeks.
Like Mateta, Munoz has blanked just once in eight matches with his 51 points in that time ranking second only to the 52 of Trent Alexander-Arnold (£7.3m) among defenders. With the Liverpool full-back set for an extended period on the sidelines, 150,000 made the direct switch from him to Munoz.
Back-to-back double-figure hauls has seen Ismaila Sarr (£5.7m) included in the top five. The Senegal international continued his good form with a goal in the FA Cup win over Fulham on Saturday.

The No 1 transfer target for Gameweek 30, however, is Omar Marmoush (£7.4m), who has benefitted from the injury to Manchester City team-mate Erling Haaland (£14.8m).
The Norwegian could miss up to seven weeks, potentially handing Marmoush the opportunity to impress. Having registered 12-point and 17-point returns in two of his last three home matches, Leicester City‘s visit to the Etihad Stadium on Wednesday has seen managers flock to Marmoush.
Haaland’s injury, as well as the absence of Chris Wood (£7.2m), the most-sold forward of the round, has also led to Alexander Isak (£9.4m) being bought en masse.
Nearly 800,000 have transferred in the Newcastle United striker for the meeting with Brentford on Wednesday. And, like Palace, Eddie Howe‘s (£1.5m) team also play twice in Double Gameweek 32.

---|---|

Assistant Manager | 276,833 |
Bench Boost | 70,180 |
Free Hit | 33,497 |
Triple Captain | 32,218 |
Over a million chips have been deployed for Gameweek 30 with the Wildcard activated by more than 658,000.
It’s the third-highest total this season and the most since the second Wildcard became available in Gameweek 20.
In addition, 276,000 Assistant Manager chips have been played, meaning that more than 675,000 Fantasy bosses are currently using the chip.
Howe and Glasner have seen the biggest ownership increases, each gaining in excess of 60,000 new owners.

Wood | 1,283,106 | 0 |

Mbeumo | 479,924 | – |
Completing the five most-sold players are Cole Palmer (£10.8m) and Bryan Mbeumo (£8.1m).
Palmer has been ditched by over a million people in each of the last two Gameweeks and is without a return since his assist against West Ham United in Gameweek 24.
Nonetheless, a home encounter with Tottenham Hotspur could prove just the tonic for his 42 per cent ownership. Palmer has never blanked against Spurs and notched 18 points in the reverse fixture in Gameweek 15.
A tricky run for Brentford is the reason behind the sales of Mbeumo. All three of their upcoming matches are rated at four in the Fixture Difficulty Rankings (FDR).
The concern for his sellers is that, like Palmer, Mbeumo enjoyed success in his previous meeting with his Gameweek 30 opponents, Newcastle, registering 13 points.
